Terms and Conditions: The Spin Crush User Agreement (India)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the Sign up process, performing a Login, or interacting with any Games on the Spin Crush platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the «User») and Spin Crush Interactive Pvt. Ltd. (the «Company»). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the App and website.

A. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. Misrepresentation of age is a violation of these terms and will result in the immediate forfeiture of any winnings and account termination.

• Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal entertainment.

A. Service Interruptions

While we strive for 100% uptime, Spin Crush is not liable for losses resulting from server outages, internet connectivity issues on the user’s end, or technical glitches during a live session. In the event of a documented system failure, we will endeavor to refund the specific stake involved in the interrupted game.

B. Financial Risk
